What is the UDEAL?

UDEAL is a smart mobile application which connects healthcare service seekers with healthcare providers, whereby service seekers request instant price offers for a specific service and then select the best offer to avail the service

How does UDEAL verify healthcare providers?

We are very serious about verifying healthcare providers as licenses and legal documents are verified for all service providers, including the commercial register and tax card for each service provider.

How can I file a complaint?

Please click on the "More" page and then click "Complaints", write down your complaint, and we will call you back within two working days

What if I have some queries, how do I contact you?

Go to "More" page, click the "WhatsApp" icon at the bottom of the screen to start a conversation with a member of UDEAL team. Your inquiry will be answered as soon as possible.

I missed reading a notification, where can I

find it?

On the Home page, click the "Bell" icon at the top of the screen to visit the Notifications page and view all received notifications

Where can I edit my profile?

Please click "More" page at the bottom of the screen, then click "Edit Profile", You can then change your registered information

What is meant by Request Terms?

These are the conditions of a request which are set by the service seeker and UDEAL team. These conditions are presented to service providers before pricing

What is "Target Price"?

This is the price you are targeting to pay for the requested service. Your request will be closed once the target price or less has been proposed by any of the participating providers

After accepting an offer, I need to ask the provider a few questions before availing the service, how can I do that?

Go to "Closed Requests" and check the Accepted Offers. Search for the request and click "Contact" to view the healthcare provider's contact info. You can click the "WhatsApp" icon and start text conversation with the contact person or you can call him/her directly

Can I print the details of the accepted offer to be presented to the healthcare provider before availing a service?

Yes, you can. Please go to the "Closed Requests", search for the accepted offer and click "Approval" to download a PDF file. You can then share it with the healthcare provider

How do I accept an offer from a healthcare provider?

You will be notified once the request is closed. Go to "Closed Requests" and click "Details" in order to view all received offers. Click "Accept Offer" to choose an offer and contact the service provider to arrange the service delivery

Can healthcare providers view my identity?

No, they can't. The only provider who can view your identity is the one whose offer is accepted

How do I know my ranking during the pricing process?

Go to "Open Requests" and search for the request. Click "Request Details". Your ranking will be displayed next to your name. You can reduce your price and accordingly improve your ranking by clicking the "Pen" icon

Can other providers view my identity or my offers?

All offers are submitted anonymously. No one can view your identity or your offers except the service seeker so he/she can choose the best offer

How do I know if my offer has been accepted?

You will be notified as soon as your offer has been accepted. Go to “Closed Requests” and review the accepted offers by checking “Accepted” box. You will also find the accepted offers titled “Accepted”

Can I submit more than one offer in one request?

Yes, you can. Go to "Open Requests", select the request, and click "Add Price". You will be asked to enter the price and your "terms". You can write different terms other than those mentioned in your first offer

Am I notified of the request closing time?


You will receive a notification 15 minutes before request closing time and once it is closed

Do I have the opportunity to reduce my price if the target price has been reached?

Unfortunately, no. A request closes automatically once one of the healthcare providers offers the target price or less
