?How to use the app
- Create an account with your username and password.
- Click on the orange circle at the bottom of the screen to "Request"
- You can request prices for a certain healthcare service such as Hernia Repair, Liver Functions Test, Colonoscopy, MRI Shoulder, Tooth implant, etc.
- You will answer simple questions and give brief details. You can also upload medical reports or photos for doctor's review.
- Select the duration during which you shall receive offers from healthcare providers and then click "Submit"
- Your inputs will be reviewed by UDEAL team and then your request will be forwarded to healthcare providers
- Click on "Open Requests" to monitor the pricing process and providers' rank. You will see transparent and reasonable prices offered by healthcare providers. Once the pricing process is over and the request is closed, you can review all received prices in "Closed Requests"
- You can choose and accept the best offer made for you. You can also review providers' profiles before accepting an offer. Click "Approval" to download a PDF document detailing the accepted offer. Present this document to the healthcare provider before availing your service.
- Click on "Contact" to view provider's contact details. You can contact the provider directly to arrange the service delivery. UDEAL is not only about finding the lowest price, it is about freedom of choice!
